We hereby intimate that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the registered office of the Company inter alia to consider and approve the allotment of 72,04,099 (Seventy Two Lakh Four Thousand Ninety Nine) Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs. 2/- each, at a premium of Rs. 13.10/- (Rupees Thirteen and Ten Paise Only) per share, pursuant to the exercise and conversion of 72,04,099 (Seventy Two Lakh Four Thousand Ninety Nine) convertible warrants against receipt of the balance subscription amount of Rs. 11.325/- per warrant (i.e. 75% of the issue price).
